① Purpose of the capital and business alliance

The purpose of this capital and business alliance is to strengthen the value chain of wind condition survey services provided by RTI. Specifically, the focus is on providing stable, high-quality services in the field of wind condition observation for offshore wind power generation, where new technologies such as Doppler LIDAR are being introduced.

② Management of confidential information

Confidential information received by RTI in the course of business is managed within RTI based on the NDAs concluded with each company, and is not shared with external organizations such as business partners. Information that is not classified as confidential is also managed on RTI's independent data server. RTI does not accept directors or seconded employees from business partners.

3) Impartiality as a third party

RTI places importance on impartiality as a third-party organization that provides technical consulting services primarily through industry-academia collaboration. Therefore, we do not deviate from our business or joint research and do not engage in activities that benefit specific power generation companies.
