NEDO releases Japan's first "Offshore Wind Observation Guidebook"
This project summarizes the results of an observation project conducted at the Mutsu Ogawara site in Aomori Prefecture (in which we participated as a member of Kobe University). It summarizes reference information on offshore wind observation methods using Doppler LIDAR.
