ReraTech, together with Kobe University and the Japan Weather Association, has built and maintained the first model of an accuracy verification test site in Japan, necessary for ensuring the accuracy of wind condition observations related to offshore wind power generation, in the Mutsu Ogawara Port area of Rokkasho Village, Aomori Prefecture, under the name "Mutsu Ogawara Offshore Wind Condition Observation Test Site." Applications for use have now begun to be accepted via the website. Users can now use the facility for a fee.
Through this initiative, we aim to further develop offshore wind power in Japan.
