We invited Professor Teruo Osawa (Wind Conditions Division, LERATEC Technical Advisor) and Assistant Professor Yasushi Fujiwara (Ocean Meteorology Division) from the Graduate School of Maritime Sciences, Kobe University, to hold a roundtable discussion with LERATEC and Kobe University academic researchers Konagaya and Misaki on the topic of "The current state and issues of offshore wind power research in Japan, and the importance of industry-government-academia collaboration."
