Past career
After studying tourism at university and working in the hotel industry as a new graduate, she switched to IT administration, including sales administration, and has been working there ever since, finding fulfillment in supporting people. Originally from the northern part of Ibaraki Prefecture, she experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake and became interested in the energy field. She was attracted to the term "offshore wind power," and joined Relatec in 2025, thinking it would be an environment where she could take on a wide range of tasks while utilizing her previous experience.
How to approach work
I am responsible for all back office tasks, including expense settlement, document management, and internal and external procedures, and support smooth business operations. I strive to ensure that team members can work with peace of mind, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
