Oaki Yoshioka
Past career
At the Graduate School of Education at Yokohama National University, he conducted ensemble experiments using the meso-meteorological model WRF and worked on research into the accuracy of typhoon generation forecasts and their environmental fields. After working in the educational field, he was appointed as a specially appointed professor at the Typhoon Science and Technology Research Center at the same university, where he engaged in numerical experimental research on typhoon wind speeds using the meso-meteorological model SCALE. In 2025, he joined Relatec Co., Ltd.
My vision and goals at Rera Tech Inc.
Even now, there are many things about wind conditions that we think we know but do not. I aim to be a technical consultant who can provide customers with the necessary information appropriately by utilizing the meteorological knowledge and simulation and analysis techniques I have acquired so far. By accumulating experience in the process, I would like to contribute to the sophistication and refinement of wind condition survey methods that will lead to the spread of wind power generation.
