Human Resources, Public Relations, and Technology

After graduating from the Department of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Science, Hirosaki University, he worked in water quality and soil surveys at a construction consulting company in Sapporo. After that, he served as a Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer and provided technical guidance on water quality testing at a water purification plant in the capital of Laos. After returning to Japan, he worked as a dispatched employee for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to check environmental and social considerations in JICA projects, and then worked at an environmental consulting company to check environmental and social considerations in overseas projects by Japanese companies. Driven by his desire to protect the global environment, he has continued to work in environment-related jobs, and is currently finding fulfillment in his work at Relatec, which is involved in renewable energy.

At Relatec, I am in charge of human resources, public relations, and technical support. In human resources, I promote the evaluation system, recruitment activities, and enhancement of the welfare system, aiming to grow the company and create a comfortable working environment. In public relations, I strive to deliver information that deepens understanding of wind power generation and the future expansion of offshore wind power, mainly through wind condition surveys, as part of the company's communication activities. In technology, I check the operation status and data of lidar equipment as daily observation monitoring, and support the smooth progress of projects. As a parent of two children, I find it very rewarding to be able to work for a company involved in renewable energy to protect the future global environment, and based on Relatec's vision of "creating a world (city) that people want to live on for 100 years to come," I work every day with the desire to improve the future in which my children live.
