Main business content:
■ Sales Administration
- Order placement (creation of purchase orders and receipts), invoice creation, contract document review and creation, document filing, case management
■ Human Resources and General Affairs
- Preparation of company rules, payroll calculations, attendance management, entry and exit procedures, equipment management, postal and delivery support
■ Accounting support
- Expense reimbursement confirmation, tax response, invoice processing
■ Other
- Telephone support, document preparation, data entry, etc.
Qualification requirements:
- Experience in ordering (creating receipts and purchase orders)
- More than 3 years of practical experience in any of the above fields (general back office knowledge is welcome)
- Able to carry out multiple tasks in parallel
- Beginner to intermediate level of Word and Excel skills
- Able to respond to emails and communicate smoothly in Japanese
- Those who can work continuously for more than one year
Work:
In principle, flextime is applied (standard working hours: 8 hours, standard working hours: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break))
*We are open to negotiations regarding reduced working hours, etc.
holiday:
- Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays off
- Paid vacation: Maximum 20 days per year (however, in the first year, 6 days will be granted after 10 months of continuous employment from the date of employment)
- Year-end and New Year holidays, special leave for special occasions, childcare leave (may be taken by male employees), etc.
