Main business content:
■ Wind observation staff
- Drafting a wind observation plan based on desk studies and field surveys
- Procurement, installation, observation, maintenance, removal of wind observation tower and Doppler LIDAR equipment, and organization of observation data
- Visits to inspect the site and to install and remove equipment for wind observation
- Coordination with clients, partner companies, and other relevant organizations to conduct wind observations
■ Wind simulation and analysis staff
- Conducting offshore wind simulation
- Waycross evaluation, use of domestic CFD models and overseas models
- Combining observations and simulations, calculating statistics and visualizing them
- Selecting a site for wind power plant construction and evaluating the power generation capacity and creating reports to estimate the business viability of wind power plants
- Organizing, analyzing and reporting on wind data obtained from wind observation equipment
- Wind condition assessment and report preparation for wind farm certification
- Evaluation of wind turbine operating conditions
- Research and development related to wind condition surveys
■ Technical sales staff
- Wind condition surveys and consulting: new proposal sales, interviews, and follow-up
- Creating sales materials and handling contracts (quotations, specifications, orders, receipts, invoices)
- Process management with technical staff regarding orders
- Planning and implementation of sales strategies
Qualification requirements:
■ Required
- Those with an academic background of university, technical college, or junior college graduation or higher
- Able to create documents on a PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and perform basic operations such as email
- Able to communicate in Japanese and write reports in Japanese
■ Welcome
- Experience in the wind power industry
- Experience using Linux and GIS
- Experience using programming languages (R, Python, etc.)
- Those with experience and qualifications in system development using Azure, AWS, etc.
- Basic English communication skills
- Those who have an ordinary driver's license
Human resources required:
People who are interested in renewable energy, wind power generation, and consulting fields and have the enthusiasm to develop the market
Work:
In principle, a flextime system is applied (standard working hours are 8 hours, standard working hours: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break)) *We are open to negotiations regarding shorter working hours, etc.
holiday:
- Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), holidays off
- Paid vacation: Maximum 20 days per year (however, in the first year, 6 days will be granted after 10 months of continuous employment from the date of employment)
- Year-end and New Year holidays, special leave for special occasions, childcare leave (may be taken by male employees), etc.
Salary increase:Depends on the individual's performance and the company's performance
