Past career
Having loved animals since childhood, he majored in natural environmental studies at graduate school and studied the impact of human activities on the natural environment from various perspectives. After graduating, he worked for a government agency and a private environmental consulting company, where he was involved in due diligence work on environmental and social considerations when financing large-scale infrastructure projects overseas. After that, he worked for a company that explores deep-sea mineral resources, and joined Relatec in April 2023.
How to approach work and spend holidays
At Relatec, I am mainly responsible for supporting the core technical members by checking quotations and reports, and for managing all projects. In recent years, the number of employees has increased, and as employees' work styles have become more diverse, in addition to technical work, I also discuss with stakeholders necessary measures for organizational growth, such as work style reform, and work on issues that need to be resolved to make the organization better. As I'm a big foodie, I often spend my weekends exploring restaurants in search of delicious food.
