Hayashi Yosei

After obtaining his PhD in Science from the University of Tsukuba, he worked in the Earth Sciences Department at the same university, as Director of the Research Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Institute and the Independent Administrative Institution Research Institute (Global Environment), as a professor at the Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Tsukuba, and after retiring from the university, he has served as Chairman of the NPO Climate Watch Square since 2013. His specialties include the energy balance of the earth's surface, the assessment of the impact of climate change and global warming, and the distribution and use of climate resources. Recently, he has been raising awareness of the issues surrounding global warming and making recommendations for the era of global warming.
